This is the prototype for the National Cleft and Surgery E-Registry Software. It is an E-Registry that will track the continuum of care for each patient in the program. It will also serve as a hub for cleft and surgery across all tiers (tertiary, secondary and primary) of the Nigerian healthcare system.
